Summer Course; Painting Nature: Oil

<span style=”font-weight: 400;”>Students in this Summer Course will work with oil paints to learn how to manage this incredible painting medium to create a painting inspired by nature. We will cover overarching painting concepts which relate to understanding and developing skills around the essential foundations of color, value, texture, blending & rendering realistically to enhance & advance their skills with the oil medium.</span>

<li style=”font-weight: 400;” aria-level=”1″><span style=”font-weight: 400;”>Demonstrate an understanding of paint handling & color theory through blending</span></li>
<li style=”font-weight: 400;” aria-level=”1″><span style=”font-weight: 400;”>Complete a series of studies and one final high-quality oil painting.</span></li>
