Movement Workshop

One River is excited to partner with Charlotte Long Cwikowski, a local resident of Larchmont and an extraordinary movement and dance teacher. Charlotte will lead participants in a movement workshop inspired by artist Amy Lincoln's landscape paintings. This program is both beneficial for your body and mind.
