One River School Policies

CLASS POLICIES
Membership Auto-Renewal
As a customer of One River School, you authorize One River School to automatically charge the card you have specified on the 1st day of each month for monthly membership fees until either you cancel or we terminate your membership.
Canceling Your Membership
Canceling your membership requires an advance notice via our Cancellation Form with one final membership payment. Any unused class sessions will be forfeited at the end of your final membership month.
Freezing Your Membership
You may freeze your membership for a maximum period of 6 months by pre-paying for your returning month’s membership payment. We encourage you to return within 6 months, after that time you will forfeit your pre-payment.
Making Up a Missed Class
Members can make up one missed class every 30 days. Makeups must be completed within 30 days of the missed class and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Monetary refunds will not be issued to customers who miss a class.
Membership Pricing
You acknowledge and agree that we may change the amount of your recurring monthly membership price after providing you notice at least 30 days in advance of such a change, to be emailed to you at the email address you provide upon enrollment.
CAMP POLICIES
Withdrawal from Camp
Members who wish to withdraw from a camp must notify One River School staff at least 14 days prior to the start date to receive full One River School credit. Monetary refunds will not be issued to members who wish to withdraw from a camp.
Camp Credits
Credits can be used for enrollment in all programs at One River School and expire one year from the date of issue. Credits are non-transferrable to other members, but can be used by the purchasing customer for any member they pay for.
GENERAL SCHOOL POLICIES
Holidays Closures
One River School will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Classes missed due to holidays will not be refunded, however students will have the ability to complete a makeup for the missed class during pre-scheduled makeup sessions.
Inclement Weather Closures
One River School will inform students and members of any additional closures due to inclement weather via e-mail. Classes missed due to inclement weather will not be refunded, however students will have the ability to complete a makeup for the missed class during pre-scheduled makeup sessions.
Photography & Video
One River School staff take photographs and videos for use on internal and external marketing platforms. By participating in One River School programs, you are authorizing One River School to utilize your or your child(ren)’s likeness. If you do not wish for your or your child(ren)’s likeness to be used in internal and external marketing platforms you must notify us in writing.
COVID-19 Safety
Please do not attend One River School if you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms. If a member is exhibiting any symptoms during our programs you will be required to make immediate arrangements to pick up. While we take every precaution to keep your child safe from COVID-19, we cannot promise or guarantee that the coronavirus or any other pathogen will not enter our facility.
General Safety & Behavior
Please inform One River of any allergies, physical or dietary limitations, and/or concerns that may relate to you or your child(ren). It is the responsibility of the member or the child’s parent/guardian to inform One River of any allergies (e.g. peanuts) that would be of concern. One River is not held responsible for any bodily injuries or damages sustained as a result of participating in any class or camp. One River reserves the right to dismiss any student for inappropriate behavior.
Outdoor Activities
Students will occasionally participate in outdoor activities. All outdoor activities will be supervised by One River School staff. If you do not wish for your child to participate in outdoor activities, you must notify us in writing.
